As your onboard and offboard managers, you can easily remove users from the LANDED portal to keep access up to date.
This ensures only the right people have visibility into your hiring pipeline and helps maintain a secure, organized workspace.
Please note that only LANDED portal admins can remove users.

How to Remove a Hiring Manager Assignment
- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on Organization in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Locations.
- Click on View store details next to the location at which you’d like to modify Hiring Manager assignments.
- Scroll down to the Users section.
- Find the user whose Hiring Manager assignment you would like to remove. Click the three-dot icon and select Remove from the dropdown menu.
Once you have removed the user, they will no longer be assigned to that specific role or location in the LANDED system.
How to Remove a User from the LANDED Portal
- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on Organization in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Locations.
- Click on View store details next to the location at which you’d like to modify Hiring Manager assignments.
- Scroll down to the Users section.
- Click Edit assignments.
- Locate the user who you would like to completely remove from the LANDED portal. Click Edit.
- On the user’s page, uncheck the Enable portal access box.
- Click Update User.
On the Users page, you’ll now see that that user’s access has been blocked.
