As your brand’s hiring needs evolve, you may want to view or edit certain aspects of your screening criteria for incoming candidates.
You can easily review or customize criteria for Age, Availability, Experience, and Enthusiasm by following the steps below.
- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on Organization in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Roles.
- Click on the Role whose criteria you would like to view or edit.
- You’ll be able to view all existing details and screening criteria for a specific role. To edit screening criteria, click on Edit screening criteria.
- On this page, you’ll be able to edit the following details:
- Minimum age
- Required hours or availability
- Minimum months or years of experience
- Type of experience by industry or role
- Candidate enthusiasm screener question
- To reset all screening criteria, you can click the red Clear screening criteria button.
- When all desired edits are finalized, click Save to apply changes.
