To boost candidate pipeline during busy seasons such as NROs or the holiday rush, you may want to increase your sponsorship budget for more visibility.
The LANDED portal makes it easy to customize sponsorships per role to help hit your hiring goals at your pace.
- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on Organization in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Roles.
- Once on the Roles page, select Ad Budget Management.
- Check the box next to the role(s) you would like to add sponsorship budget to.
- Input the Sponsorship Amount you would like to add.
Please note that the minimum sponsorship amount is $50 per role due to spending requirements from our job board partners. Budgets below $50 do not generate impressions and therefore aren’t effective.
- If needed, use the dropdown menu to adjust the Hiring Timeline for each role. This helps us optimize your campaign’s spending pace.
- Once all additional sponsorship budgets and timelines have been set, click Submit.
- You will be asked to Review and Confirm your sponsorship adjustments and select your desired sponsorship Start Date.
- Once all details are confirmed, click Submit.
- Your budgets have been confirmed. You will begin to see results within 24-48 hours.
