We know schedules change fast, so LANDED makes it easy to adjust your interview availability whenever you need.
You can update the preferred format, interview duration, option for group interviews, max group interview size, and add special instructions to match your updated process.
Please note that only LANDED portal admins can adjust interview availability.
- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on Recruiting in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Interview Schedule.
- On the Interview Schedule page, you’ll see all of your individual schedules.
There are two ways to access your Interview Availability page:
- Click the three-dot icon to the right of the interview schedule you’d like to edit, then select Edit > Interview hours.
- Or, click on the schedule hyperlink, then Edit interview hours.
- Once on the Interview Schedule page, you’ll find fields to edit the following:
- Your Interview schedule name.
- Preferred interview format (select from In-person, Video or Phone).
- Selecting a new Interview duration from the dropdown menu.
- The option to offer Group interviews.
- This means you can schedule multiple candidates for the same time slot because you have multiple Hiring Managers available to interview at once.
- Any special instructions you’d like to add to your interview details.
- How many hours of advance notice you’d like to be given before an interview.
- Recurring interview availability by day of the week and timeframe.
- The option for a date override.
- A date override allows you to block out individual days when you’re unavailable for interviews, without modifying your regular schedule. This is ideal for vacations or other occasional out-of-office days.
- Once all changes are made, click Save changes.
