How to View Candidate Pipeline Data

Understanding your candidate pipeline is key to tracking progress and making informed hiring decisions. 

Here’s how to easily view your pipeline data in the LANDED portal.

  1. Log in to the LANDED portal. 
  2. Click on Recruiting in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Insights.

  1. On the next page, you’ll be able to filter for the following data in the Candidate Pipeline section.  
    1. Timeframe
    2. Location
    3. Role
    4. Role Status (whether a role is Active or Inactive)
    5. Hiring Metrics (e.g. New-to-Active %, Interviews Booked, Upcoming Interviews, Conversion Rates, etc.)

Once you’ve made your data filtering selections, you’ll see this information in both table and graph formats on the bottom half of the page.
