With LANDED, you can quickly update the interview or hiring status of any candidate as they move through your hiring process.
Keeping statuses up to date ensures your pipeline stays organized and accurate. It also gives us the visibility we need to recommend the best ways to source and screen future candidates.

- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on My View in the right-hand navigation bar.
- Type your candidate’s name in the Search by candidate bar.
- Under the Status column, you will see two dropdown options.
- The first dropdown menu is used to indicate whether your candidate Attended or Missed their interview.
- The second dropdown menu is used to indicate whether or not you have decided to Hire or Pass on a candidate.
Select the applicable option from the dropdown menus to update your candidate’s hiring and interview attendance status.
