As your business grows, you may need to activate new roles as your staffing needs evolve.
You can easily turn on any role in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to activate a role and start receiving candidates right away.
- Log in to the LANDED portal.
- Click on Organization in the right-hand navigation bar. From the dropdown options, select Roles.
- Click View role details next to the role you would like to activate.
- Switch the toggle to Activate.
- Confirm activation in the pop-up that appears.
After clicking Activate, the role’s status will be temporarily listed as Pending. This indicates that our system has received your request. Shortly after, the role’s status will switch to Active.
Status Breakdowns in the LANDED Portal
Active — This indicates that a role is live. Our team is actively posting it to job boards and booking interviews.
Inactive — This indicates that your role exists in the LANDED system but isn’t currently hiring, so it’s not being posted to job boards.
Pending — This indicates that an update has recently been made to the role. Our system is processing the changes, and the status will update shortly.
