An employer account deletion will notify the Landed team. Your Client Strategist will contact you within 1 business day to discuss the impact on your subscription and finalize the deletion process.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Log in to your Landed Employer account.
- Tap on the profile icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the profile screen.
- Select the ‘Delete Account’ option and confirm your request.
Data Deleted Upon Account Closure
When you close your Landed Employer account, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, including but not limited to:
- Employer Profile Information: All details related to your company profile
- Locations: All location data associated with your employer account.
- Roles: All job roles and related information that you have created or managed
Data Kept After Account Closure
Landed may retain some limited data following account closure, but only for specific purposes:
- Anonymous Data: Landed may anonymize your data for research or analytical purposes. This anonymized data will not be identifiable to you.
- Log Data: Landed may retain log data associated with your account activity for a limited period for security and auditing purposes. This data will not contain any personal information.
